Parklane Resort & Spa, a prestigious and luxurious project in which C.E. Chrysanthou Architects & Associates contributed as the local architects, occupies a vast 100,000m2 sea-front property. Designed by Harrods Interiors and decorated by the French studio Atelier 27, the resort’s aesthetic is a blend of modernity and tradition. The resort includes spacious rooms, upscale suites, and detached villas, along with restaurants and bars, a large 800m2 ballroom, sports facilities, indoor and outdoor pools, a spa area, and various other amenities.
C.E. Chrysanthou Architects & Associates played a crucial role in the realization of Parklane Resort & Spa, overseeing site supervision, detailing, and specifications to ensure the project met the highest standards of quality and design. As the local architects, their role extended further to designing the new hotel entrance, which thoughtfully integrates the in/out vehicle entrance and drop-off area. This area is highlighted by a bold architectural gesture—a striking canopy that not only serves as a functional element but also creates a memorable first impression, inviting visitors into the luxurious world of Parklane Resort & Spa.
