Founder of C.E Chrysanthou Architects & Associates, Chrysanthos is a graduate of Architecture and Landscape Design from the City University of New York. Before establishing his own practice in Nicosia in 1986, Chrysanthos gained valuable experience working with several international practices in New York and Nicosia.‍

His passion and commitment has positioned his firm as a frontrunner in the industry. His work is characterized not only by craftsmanship, but also by a strong commitment to the users. As a dedicated and energetic designer, he aims to realize stimulating and pleasant living environments in collaboration with clients, users, advisers and contractors.‍

Christina is a passionate architect with over 10 years of professional experience, having earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in architecture from institutions in the UK. Throughout her career, she has honed a unique vision for the firm, fostering innovation and creative excellence.

As a dedicated leader, Christina has built a strong, collaborative team, guiding them to deliver impactful architectural solutions while championing sustainable and forward-thinking designs. Her approach emphasizes guidance, teamwork, and the pursuit of design excellence, shaping C.E. Chrysanthou + Associates into a dynamic and thriving practice.

As a key member of the administrative and accounting team, Maria has been with the office for over twenty years. Her extensive experience and dedication make her an invaluable part of our operations. She is always ready to assist clients and in addition to managing the team, Maria is the go-to person whenever issues arise, providing support and solutions with her organized and approachable manner.

Maria oversees the preparation and submission of bids and tender documents for both public and private contracts as well as she manages the evaluation of contractor bids. During the construction phase, Maria handles correspondence, updates project schedules, and prepares payment certificates, ensuring the smooth progression of each project. Her organizational skills and attention to detail make her an essential part of our team’s success.

Ntia graduated from Frederick Polytechnic in Nicosia and has gained experience working in various architectural offices, with a focus on land surveying. Since joining C.E. Chrysanthou + Associates in 1998, she has contributed to numerous projects, overseeing them from the initial stages through to completion. Passionate about landscape design, she brings creativity and precision to her work, ensuring every detail is carefully considered.

Elia studied Architecture at Newcastle University and joined C.E. Chrysanthou + Associates in 2015. Since then, she has been involved in numerous projects, guiding them from the design phase through to construction. With a strong technical background in project management, Elia thrives on the challenges that come with bringing a building to life. Her experience spans across a wide range of projects, including commercial, educational, residential, and urban developments.

Yiannos is a qualified architect with over 5 years of experience in the design and construction industry. He studied Architecture at the University of Cyprus, earning his BSc and Diploma of Architect Engineer in 2017 and 2018, respectively.

Having worked on a diverse range of projects in Cyprus, including hospitality, industrial, residential, and commercial sectors, Yiannos is skilled in all phases of architectural work. With a strong technical background in project management and 3D visualization, he is capable of taking projects from concept to completion. Yiannos joined C.E. Chrysanthou + Associates in 2023 and has since contributed to various projects.

Michalis earned his degree in Architecture from the University of Cyprus in 2016. In 2021, he earned a master’s degree in Environmental Architectural and Urban design from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Michalis has been a part of the C.E. Chrysanthou & Associates team since 2021, where he is responsible for the overall management of various projects, from architectural design to construction.

He has worked on a wide range of projects of varying scales and at all stages, from concept and architectural design to planning, coordination, and execution. Michalis has also been involved in architectural competitions, some of which have achieved notable distinctions.

Noura received her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Misurata University in 2015 and completed her Master’s in Architecture at Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) in 2021. With over 8 years of experience, she has worked in Libya and Morocco, where she handled design, interior and supervision. Noura joined the C.E. Chrysanthou & Associates team in 2022 and continues to contribute her expertise in Cyprus.

Kallia is a dedicated member of the administrative staff at C.E. Chrysanthou & Associates. She has a background in Physics and is currently pursuing a master’s program in Accounting and Business Finance, which enhances her skills in administrative support. Kallia joined the office in 2024 and is committed to continuous learning and professional development. She is always eager to expand her knowledge and take on new challenges.

Marios graduated from the Architecture School of Athens, Metsovio University, and since 2013 has gained experience in architectural practices in the UK and Cyprus. He has served as project architect on a number of award-winning projects in the high-end residential and commercial sectors. Marios joined C.E. Chrysanthou + Associates in 2024.

Marios is a passionate architect who enjoys working in a creative environment with people who share the same enthusiasm. He believes each project should be approached as unique, shaped by the dual forces of the brief and the site.

Chara Eftychiou studied Architecture at the University of Cyprus, graduating with a BSc in Architecture in 2020 and a diploma in Architectural Engineering in 2021. She has extensive work experience in Greece and abroad, which greatly influences her architectural approach. Chara joined the team at C.E Chrysanthou + Associates in 2024.

Chara has worked on high-end residential projects and has a strong interest in design, approaching it from concept to completion. Her diverse experiences enrich her work, allowing her to bring a unique perspective to each project.

Prodromos Andreou is an Architect Engineer with passion in social practices. He has graduated from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2021 and continued his study path, specializing in Conservation and Restoration of Historic Structures and Monuments at the University of Frederick in Cyprus.

Since 2021, he has been crafting architecture and narratives in traditional and contemporary settings. Prodromos joined the team at C.E. Chrysanthou + Associates in 2024.
