The architectural design of the residential complex centres on a main pedestrian pathway that connects various parts of the development. This central circulation zone serves as both a physical and social spine, linking different housing units and providing a clear route through the public areas, ultimately leading to a green space at the highest point of
the site. The design follows the natural topography, dividing the development into distinct levels, which helps create smaller neighbourhood-like areas within the complex. These levels support a sense of community while ensuring each unit's privacy.
The project includes 29 independent two-story residential units of eight different types. The design emphasizes functionality, energy efficiency, and the effective use of the site's natural
features. The proposal also focuses on creating shared spaces that foster interaction among residents while respecting their need for privacy. The overall architectural approach is straightforward, with roofs designed to accommodate solar panels and landscaping that enhances the site's natural characteristics, using permeable materials to manage rainwater and
minimize environmental impact.
