A residential building designed to house 11 apartments across four floors. The building includes a mix of 1 and 2-bedroom apartments on the typical floors, with larger 3-bedroom apartments on the top floor. This variation disrupts the repetition of the façade. A double skin façade made of perforated metal panels covers part of the exterior. This design allows climbing vegetation to grow, provides filtered natural light, and ensures privacy for residents.
Each apartment includes a living and dining area, equipped kitchen and an en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom. Additional facilities such as storage on the ground floor, parking spaces for all residents in the semi-basement level and photovoltaic panels and mechanical installations on the rooftop.
